20 Jun Childish Gambino Announces ‘Pharos’ Show in Joshua Tree
As if Spiderman and new music teasers with Chance the Rapper weren’t sufficient, Childish Gambino AKA Donald Glover took to Twitter to release news about a show in Joshua Tree in line with new app Pharos. The app contains a countdown timer, which we all know is 2016’s hint that some hot shit is coming.
Donald Glover will be performing a “full album experience” in Joshua Tree, California on September 2, 3, and 4. Fans who buy a $99 ticket are told to bring a tent to take advantage of the on site camping.
It’s been 3 years since Gambino’s full length album Because the Internet dropped, so we expect this to be huge.
Pre-sale for what sounds like Glover’s own three-day music festival will be available in app starting June 24 at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT. General onsale starts June 27 at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT. See screenshots from the app below and download it here to have a shot at pre-sale.
